Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

Fincons Group is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the development and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, expertise in cloud technologies, and relevant Salesforce certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions using Salesforce.
• Customize Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, and Lightning components.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates and recommend new features and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred)
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools for Salesforce.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
