Sales Executive - Hospice Care

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Executive to join our Hospice Care team, focusing on the Houston/Kingwood areas. This role is perfect for a high-energy, compassionate individual who has a proven track record in Hospice or Home Health services sales. As a direct member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting our hospice programs and services, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key community healthcare providers to ensure exceptional care for patients in need.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Engage with and educate potential referral sources about the benefits and services provided by our hospice care, ensuring a deep understanding of our compassionate care offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals to increase referrals and admission rates.
  • Implement strategic marketing and sales plans to expand our hospice care reach within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to promote hospice services and educational activities.
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure seamless patient admissions and high-quality service delivery.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Hospice or Home Health sales.
  • Resident of the local area with established connections and a strong network among healthcare providers.
  • Strong familiarity with Contact Management software and proficient in utilizing CRM tools to track and report on referral activity.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
  • Stable work history with verifiable and outstanding performance metrics in previous roles.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of hospice care regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive tactics and negotiation.
  • Experience with market analysis and strategic sales planning in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the potential to manage and mentor junior sales staff.
  • Advanced certification or training in hospice care marketing or a related field is highly desirable.
