POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth within the Measurement and Controls. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business growth strategies focused on revenue generation and market expansion within the M&C market.
Identify, pursue & close new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and internal stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals that align with company objectives.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical to enhance business development efforts.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and financial forecasts to senior management & HQ.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Required:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in measurement and controls.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment by contributing to the success of the department.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
40-60% Travels expectations
