Key Responsibilities
- Perform oversight of all project phases from bidding to final closeout
- Negotiate subcontractor agreements and oversee material purchasing for cost-efficiency
- Implement site logistics plans and ensure timely submittals and material procurement
- Maintain project schedules, lead project coordination meetings, and enforce quality standards
- Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors throughout project duration
- Collaborate with Superintendents to create and implement site-specific safety plans
- Monitor project progress and report updates to internal leadership teams
- Supervise and mentor project team members, promoting a collaborative team environment
- Manage project contracts, document project activities, and oversee warranty and closeout processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of industry experience managing construction projects
- Ability to work across project sites in Los Angeles and Orange County
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
