We are currently representing a leading general contractor actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and public sector construction projects throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can manage full project lifecycles while fostering strong client relationships and maintaining a commitment to quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform oversight of all project phases from bidding to final closeout
  • Negotiate subcontractor agreements and oversee material purchasing for cost-efficiency
  • Implement site logistics plans and ensure timely submittals and material procurement
  • Maintain project schedules, lead project coordination meetings, and enforce quality standards
  • Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors throughout project duration
  • Collaborate with Superintendents to create and implement site-specific safety plans
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to internal leadership teams
  • Supervise and mentor project team members, promoting a collaborative team environment
  • Manage project contracts, document project activities, and oversee warranty and closeout processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience managing construction projects
  • Ability to work across project sites in Los Angeles and Orange County
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with construction management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
