Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services.
This role involves overseeing the scheduling and coordination of retrofitting an existing factory into a state-of-the-art battery manufacturing plant for a high-profile client. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of the design phase, ensuring that all activities are carried out within the specified timeline and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

The salary range for this full-time role is $150K-$175K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.

Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services.
This role involves overseeing the scheduling and coordination of retrofitting an existing factory into a state-of-the-art battery manufacturing plant for a high-profile client. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of the design phase, ensuring that all activities are carried out within the specified timeline and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update owners Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Develop and manage schedules specifically related to battery retrofit projects.
- Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
- Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling.
- Consolidate contractors' schedules to incorporate into IMS.
- Ensure integration of battery systems with existing factory infrastructure.
- Monitor and report on the progress of battery retrofit activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.
- Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
- Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action.
- Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
- Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule.
- Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.
- Maintain record of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
- Assure credibility of the information contained in the schedule.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in mechanical project management, with a focus on HVAC systems and large-scale construction projects.
- Experience with battery retrofit projects, including integration and innovative solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Fluency in Korean is advantageous.
