WORKDAY APPLICATION DEVELOPER SPECIALIST, HR IT

PPG Industries, Inc., headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-at-home Workday Application Developer Specialist, HR IT position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems) responsible for analysis, integration development, and configuration of the Workday platform. Specific duties include: (i) analyzing and creating detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications; (ii) configuring the Workday platform, including integrations development; (iii) supporting testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and developing enhancements; (iv) performing day-to-day Workday production support and serving as subject matter expert for assigned HCM integrations; and (v) staying up to date with Workday enhancements and future product releases to support internal HR teams.

This is a fully remote position and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States.

Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.

Experience must include three (3) years with each of the following: (i) Workday integrations, system configurations, and implementation; and (ii) developing and modifying reports and integrations from Workday to internal and external systems.

Must have any experience with or knowledge of the following Workday technologies: calculated fields, Custom Reports, EIB's, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, Web Services, and PICOFs.

Experience can be concurrent.
