We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of sales professionals focused on Microsoft cloud products and services. Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that deliver on revenue goals, while creating a top-tier partner and customer experience. You'll lead a team selling Microsoft solutions to channel partners, empowering your sales reps through coaching, mentorship, and motivation. Your success will come from driving results, building collaborative relationships, and scaling team impact through leadership excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performance sales team specializing in Microsoft products and services
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed team quotas and revenue goals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Champion a world-class customer and partner experience
  • Build strategic alignment with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients
  • Teach and refine advanced sales techniques for complex solution selling
  • Execute strategic business plans and deliver on KPIs
  • Provide real-time coaching and regular feedback to support team development

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in cloud services or IT distribution
  • At least 2 years of experience leading sales teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance in a quota-carrying team
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience managing change and thriving in dynamic, evolving sales environments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Bonus Points For:
  • Microsoft sales certifications or cloud product knowledge
  • Experience working with partners or channel distribution models
  • Exposure to CRM tools and sales enablement platforms

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,300.00 - $114,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
