Now, we're searching for a strategic powerhouse, AKA, a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead us into our next phase of growth. This is your chance to join a high-performing leadership team and help shape the strategy, culture, and future of a values-driven Electrical Contractor.

What You'll Own:

• Fostering a culture rooted in Lighthouse Values-one that's bold, values-based, and future-focused.
• Setting Purposeful Strategic Initiatives to elevate operations, people, and performance.
• Aligning financial governance, resource planning, and reporting with long-term growth goals.
• Scoping external conditions e.g., industry trends and advances in technology.
• Systematizing Financial Governance, Reporting and Management Processes.
• Allocating Resources Such as Capital, Budgets, and Talent over time horizons.
• Monitoring, Diagnosing and Resolving Performance Shortfalls using Scorecards.
• Setting 3-5 Strategic Transformation Priorities over a multi-year Roadmap

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and strategic transformation with a minimum of 15 years or more as a people leader.
• A leadership style rooted in authenticity-adaptable, collaborative, and inspiring.
• CPA and/or MBA with deep expertise in financial management, reporting, and governance.
• Proven experience in large-scale, project-based service environments. Preferably in the Electrical or Construction industries.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage capital, budgets, and talent across time horizons.
• Expertise in financial forecasting, cash flow management, and risk analysis.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience optimizing ERP systems and leveraging financial technology.
• Bonus points for Agile training or a background in project management.
