The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Legal Operations experience supporting in-house legal departments.
- Experience in conducting assessments and implementing technology for core legal operations platforms, including Matter Management, eBilling, or Outside Counsel Spend Management systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Corporate, consulting, technology vendor or relevant industry/discipline experience, with large corporate experience.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute a tech enablement roadmap to optimize the Legal Operations functions of Matter Management, eBilling and Outside Counsel Spend Management as part of the overall Enterprise Legal Management ("ELM") program, including business process, data and technology assessments, requirements gathering and prioritization, planning and implementation.
- Initiate and execute process, data and technology projects to streamline end-to-end matter lifecycle management, outside counsel engagement, budgeting, forecasting and accruals; outside counsel invoice and spend management, and enable Legal Department leaders, lawyers, finance and operations with reporting and analytics.
- Provide thought leadership on operating models, best practices and benchmarks, solution architecture including data models and tooling.
- Work with engineering and product teams to influence designs and roadmaps across solutions, seeking a platform-based approach to tech enabling the Legal Operations and ELM functions.
