We're looking for a Senior Product Designer (LMS) to join the Arivo Acceptance Design Team - a creative problem-solver with a passion for crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs for our Loan Management System that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional and impactful.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for the LMS digital products, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, users, and stakeholders to define product requirements, user flows, and design solutions that align with business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision and solve complex user problems.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs (we use Hey Marvin for our research repository)
- Help maintain our cohesive design system (we call it ADS), ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices, mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind your decisions and incorporating feedback to deliver polished, impactful solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously elevate the quality of our products.
- A seasoned product designer with 6+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex problems through thoughtful, user-centered design.
- Proficiency in Figma, for both designing and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A systems thinker who can balance big-picture strategy with attention to detail.
- A passion for mentorship and a desire to contribute to the growth and development of the design team.
- Bonus points if you have experience working in fintech, automotive, or other industries with complex user journeys.
