Other. is seeking a Director, Client Services & Digital Strategy to join our team as soon as availability allows.

We are a privately owned Toronto-based team of 40, led by a small leadership group with backgrounds from large advertising agency networks. Having been appointed to the Globe & Mail's list of Canada's Top Growing companies, Other. is experiencing rapid business growth and is in the process of making key strategic hires to support that growth.
Our physical headquarters is located just steps from Union Station, along with another satellite office in downtown Ottawa. We operate on a permanent flexible hybrid-working model with essential in-person time currently limited to monthly team meetings or in-person client meetings.
WHAT YOU'D BE UP TO
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a roster of clients, managing various aspects of their performance marketing initiatives. You'll work with multiple stakeholders across different accounts, applying your digital media expertise to drive client success and lead project teams. You'll take direct leadership on key initiatives while mentoring an Associate and a Project Management Assistant, who will support you in managing specific elements of the portfolio and executing day-to-day tasks. You will own the overall strategic direction for your clients, with support from the Leadership team, and report into the VP, Client Services, working closely together to grow both our team and business.

THE WORK
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across your client's network, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Provide hands-on client management for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Offer guidance to your team, reviewing their client strategies and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Drive the sprint process by ensuring that all initiatives have a clear roadmap and are consistently executed.
- Review key client deliverables and presentations, ensuring quality before they are shared with clients.
- Monitor client performance targets and collaborate with the team to implement course corrections if needed.
- Lead important client meetings and presentations, serving as the face of our client service team.
- Manage timelines and deliverables across key Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure successful execution.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and new business with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Client Service to resolve any roadblocks or interdisciplinary challenges.
- Ensure internal processes are implemented and followed to maintain operational efficiency.
THE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Has 6-8 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment, in a client-facing/service role.
- Is a positive and collaborative team member, with experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Has strong presentation skills and is confident leading client calls and conversations.
- Has a working knowledge of how digital marketing is purchased and the targeting capabilities of digital media.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, eager to play a role in our company's growth.
- Can be relied upon to independently manage and drive projects, with a solutions-based mindset.
