  • Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary ($30,00 Additional Draw on Commission) plus Deal Commission and Incentives

Your Impact On Team Sidekick

As a Franchise Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted guide to prospective entrepreneurs considering franchise ownership. You'll lead your clients through the Sidekick Seven-our proven, high-impact sales process-while acting as a business coach, advisor, and motivator. You'll build deep relationships with your clients, helping them navigate life-changing decisions with confidence, clarity, and courage.

This role is more than sales-it's mentorship, strategy, and transformation. The right Advisor will be equal parts empathetic and influential, using their knowledge, professionalism, and care to move clients from curiosity to commitment. You'll also serve as a key connector between our clients and our curated list of high-performing franchise brands, and as an active contributor to the continued evolution of our team and systems. In this role, you will work on:

Client Advisory & Coaching (50%)
  • Guide prospective clients through the Sidekick Seven franchise discovery process with clarity, motivation, and expertise
  • Act as a strategic coach, helping clients understand key business concepts and confidently navigate their decision
Pipeline Management & Sales Execution (30%)
  • Manage an active sales pipeline, responding quickly to new leads and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the process
  • Convert qualified leads into closed deals through structured, value-based conversations and leverage Sidekick process and technology
Brand & Partner Engagement (10%)
  • Build strong working relationships with franchise brand representatives and leverage them effectively during client discovery
  • Maintain fluency on Sidekick-approved brands and industry trends to provide current, relevant insights
  • Attend Sidekick Events to network with Sidekick Brands and Industry Partners
Process & Team Contribution (10%)
  • Provide regular feedback to improve team processes, content, and tools
  • Attend regular team meetings and trainings to constantly learn and grow
  • Mentor peers and contribute to a team culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

A Day in the Life...

No two days as a Franchise Advisor look quite the same-and that's exactly what makes this role awesome. On any given day, you'll be onboarding new clients into the Sidekick process, leading strategy calls with franchise candidates, or coaching someone through a decision that could change their life. You'll spend time reviewing franchise brand options, making thoughtful recommendations, and collaborating with internal specialists and brand partners.

Your calendar will be full, but never dull. You'll juggle multiple client relationships at various stages in the process, respond quickly to new leads, and make strategic use of your time to hit both individual and team goals. And like every member of Team Sidekick, you'll be part of a culture that's collaborative, high-accountability, and focused on growth-for our clients and for each other.

  • You Control Your Compensation- We offer a base salary and commission on every deal you close.
  • A Clear Path For Growth- Every top performing Franchise Advisor is eligible to graduate to our Senior Advisor Program, which allows you to manage a team of your own Advisors and significantly expands earning potential beyond individual sales production. The Senior Advisor path is available to top-performing Advisors in as little as two years!
  • Paid Time Off- Every Sidekick starts with 16 days of PTO, two floating holidays, and a paid volunteer day annually. We also offer nine paid company holidays each year as well. Team Members earn additional PTO for each year of employment.
  • Franchise Ownership Program- After you're established with Sidekick, we offer a Franchise Purchase Discount which allows you to own your own Franchise Business at a $30,000 to $50,000 savings. Some restrictions and minimum qualifications apply to the discount.
  • Client Referral Commission- We encourage every member of Team Sidekick to utilize their network to find qualified candidates for franchise ownership. We pay $3,000 for every qualified lead you submit that ends up purchasing a franchise.

  • Have worked in franchise development, business consulting, corporate B2B sales, or other client-facing role and know how to build trust and influence high-stakes decisionsHave experience as a franchise owner, small business owner, or operator and understand the mindset and motivations of aspiring entrepreneurs
  • Thrive in a consultative sales environment and have a proven track record of success influencing decision-makers
  • Have a strong grasp of business metrics like ROI, FDDs, investment planning, and financial modeling or are eager to learn and apply them quickly

  • Know how to manage a complex pipeline and have experience guiding clients through multi-step consultative sales processes

  • Have a strong personal network and enjoy marketing to it through channels like social media and referral outreach

Working Conditions:

  • Franchise Sidekick utilizes a hybrid work structure with in-office and blended work
  • Some travel is required (less than 20% annually)
