This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve digital marketing performance and achieve business goals.
You are responsible for:
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, search engines, content marketing, and paid media.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align digital marketing initiatives with the company's overarching business goals and brand identity.
- Website Management & Optimization
- Oversight of website maintenance and special projects (e.g., accessibility, SEO, etc.): setting requirements, prioritizing, testing, and approving new features, enhancements, and fixes.
- Serve as functional lead got accelerated website projects and facilitating improved UX/UI efforts.
- Develops new webpages, prepares and optimizes graphics, manages website architecture, taxonomy, and metadata.
- Content Strategy & Development
- Oversee content strategy, ensuring that all digital content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Drive content creation for digital channels, including blog posts, social media content, website, to include development and launch of landing pages.
- Ensure that all digital content is optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Social Media & Community Management
- Develop and execute strategies for social media growth and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and manage social media campaigns to build a strong online presence and community engagement.
- Work closely with internal customers or community management team to address online feedback and inquiries.
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Oversee the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and event invitations.
- Lead efforts to build and segment email lists to enhance personalization and customer targeting.
- Optimize email marketing automation to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and lifecycle engagement.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Lead the measurement and analysis of digital marketing campaigns using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, email campaign metrics, etc.).
- Develop and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI, etc.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaigns and drive better results.
- SEO & SEM Strategy
- Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn social ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in search engine algorithms and advertising platforms to ensure that campaigns remain effective.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and motivate other digital marketing professionals (e.g., content creators, social media specialists, and digital analysts).
- Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate communication between internal teams, such as product marketing, sales, growth, and design.
- Provide training and guidance to the team on digital marketing best practices and new trends in the industry.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.
- Market Research & Trend Monitoring
- Conduct market research to identify audience needs, behaviors, and trends, as well as competitor strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Crisis Management & Brand Protection
- Monitor brand reputation across digital channels and address any negative publicity or crisis situations in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of related experience
- Experience leading and guiding other digital marketing strategists and educating a wider team on best practices
- Experience implementing a social media strategy, and for developing, implementing, measuring and reporting on paid and organic, multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience managing social media channels in an aggregator/platforms and within the channel itself (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative skills for content creation (writing, design, and video editing are a plus).
- Experience implementing a social media strategy, and for developing, implementing, measuring and reporting on paid and organic, multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) (e.g., Concrete5, Drupal, etc.).
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Experience managing content in support of website updates and modifications
