Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as Program Manager or Project Manager using PPRT tool
• Working knowledge of Agile Practices
• Experience with executive level project/program reporting
• People management
• Project Financial Management
• Technical Strategy Development

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solution Delivery Process
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
• Expertise in Risk Management
• Analytical Thinking and Business Acumen

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery of large programs, including kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings
• Broaden relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations
• Establish target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
• Track success metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with deliverable requirements
• Manage program financials and support resource planning
• Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
