Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic, operationally minded Brand Manager with a strategic mindset to elevate our brand globally. This role is designed for a brand strategist who can channel and manage creative leaders to execute against business objectives. While grounded in creative disciplines, you are primarily process and strategy oriented, adept at discerning and articulating executive needs and translating them into actionable projects with clear timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive global brand strategy that reinforces our brand identity and aligns with overall business goals.
Develop and implement a rollout plan for Associate training on brand guidelines.
Ensure consistent messaging and a superior brand experience across all markets through the development of toolkits and templates.
Translate executive vision and needs into actionable projects, complete with defined timelines and measurable outcomes.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
Lead, mentor, and inspire a decentralized creative services team, effectively channeling creative talents to meet strategic objectives.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence to build organizational maturity, scale, and efficiency globally.
Maintain a "player-coach" role, balancing high-level strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in key projects.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Enhance brand engagement with key external stakeholders-including clients, associates, and community partners-through innovative and targeted campaigns.
Collaborate effectively with leaders in Marketing, Digital, Communications, and Events to ensure cohesive brand messaging and drive integrated, high-impact campaigns.
Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, digital platforms, and community engagements.
Project Management & Execution
Discern and articulate executive needs, translating them into well-defined projects with actionable timelines.
Oversee Global project execution from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational standards.
Utilize data and analytics to track project performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for innovative marketing strategies that elevate the brand's presence and impact.
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to refine, scale, and optimize brand initiatives continually.
Leverage insights to drive decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is an asset.
7-10 years of experience in brand management, global marketing, or a similar strategic role.
Demonstrated experience managing decentralized or cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to channel and lead creative professionals.
A strong creative background with a primary focus on process, strategy, and operational excellence.
Exceptional skills in discerning executive needs and translating them into structured projects with clear deliverables.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
