Our cloud-first applications are built using modern technologies and are trusted by some of the nation's largest healthcare systems. Trio Workforce Solutions is profitable, self-sufficient, and in a strong growth phase-with plans to launch additional products within the next 12-24 months.

In this role, you will build generative AI solutions, develop classical ML models, and implement full stack software solutions. You will need a broad understanding and practical knowledge of Python, Spark, Databricks, ElasticSearch, MLflow, Azure, Terraform, FastAPI, Llama-Index, Vector Search, OpenAI, MCP, and Claude. This position is 100% remote.

What You'll Do:

• Focus on delivering practical AI solutions that align with business goals, rather than over-engineering technology that offers little real-world benefit.
• Have a can-do attitude focused on finding innovative AI solutions to challenging business problems.
• Take the initiative and move fast, don't wait for permission to move forward.
• Be flexible and willing to try new approaches with prototypes and proof of concepts.
• Use your experience to fill in gaps when requirements are changing or incomplete.
• Grow and mentor junior team members in AI solution architecture, design and implementation.
• Be willing to pitch in and do whatever is needed for team success.
• Work across the full stack from building backend consuming APIs to building front end prototypes, products and mobile applications.
• Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when building solutions.

Experience/Skills:

• 10+ years of real-world software engineering experience with Microsoft Azure Stack or AWS.
• 5+ years of AI/ML experience building and deploying production models.
• 3+ experience with data engineering (ETL, data warehousing, MDM) is a plus.
• High level experience in AI/ML fundamentals and data science principles.
• Working experience as a full stack engineer with Python development experience.

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Salary: 150k - 175k
