Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager, Fulfillment Center (FC) will serve as a highly visible HR Business Partner to the leadership teams and employees at the Redlands, CA and Greensboro, NC facilities. This role will ensure the successful execution of our people strategy and practices - e.g. talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training, employee relations, and total rewards implementation. This individual will be a member of the organization's HR leadership team and collaborate with peers and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve company goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage the talent acquisition process, which will include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training a large hourly employee population; collaborate with departmental managers and supervisors to understand skills and competencies required for staffing needs.
Create learning & development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Oversee the end-to-end performance management process for the FCs, as well as lead engagement initiatives to build a dynamic team culture.
Lead the FCs employee relations practice, which includes conducting investigations and timely identified actions.
Proactively ensure teams maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain knowledge of current and possible future policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the organization.
Gather, analyze, and provide data + insights to inform intentional actions to achieve the FCs people goals.
Responsible for managing Company's HRIS system for all FC employees.
Lead the Redlands FC's safety program and partner with leadership to ensure successful implementation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
This position requires excellent written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.
Impeccable ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to successfully execute initiatives in a fast-paced environment, while prioritizing tasks and delegating when appropriate.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various HRIS systems.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of five years of human resource management and/or related experience is preferred.
HR and/or business focused certificates are highly desired.
Physical Requirements:
Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods of navigating each department at the organization's facilities.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000
