Hospice and Home Health Sales Executive

Join our dedicated team as a Hospice and Home Health Sales Executive, where you will be a vital contributor to improving patient care. This role demands a high-energy, compassionate sales professional dedicated to promoting unique programs and services in the healthcare industry. As a key player in our company, you will establish, develop, and maintain valuable relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities, driving our mission to provide excellent hospice and home health care services. This is a full-time position with a highly competitive base salary and lucrative bonus opportunities.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive the sales and marketing efforts for our hospice and home health services to meet or exceed set goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals.
  • Educate community partners on the unique benefits and services provided by our hospice and home health programs.
  • Develop strategic plans for penetrating and growing market share in the healthcare community within the assigned territory.
  • Report sales activity and forecast to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other team members to optimize the efficiency of sales efforts.
  • Attend professional networking and community events to promote the company's services.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in hospice or home health services.
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales with verifiable performance.
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and its referral networks.
  • Familiar with CRM and Contact Management software.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and nurturing client relations.
  • Legal authorization to work in the respective hiring country without sponsorship.
