Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Facilities to oversee the management, maintenance, and enhancement of all facility operations across our dental offices. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. The Director of Facilities will coordinate building projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Facilities to oversee the management, maintenance, and enhancement of all facility operations across our dental offices. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. The Director of Facilities will coordinate building projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance for multiple locations
- Manage and supervise facility staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate and oversee facility-related projects, including renovations and upgrades
- Manage leases and coordinate COI's projects appropriately with broker
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities
- Develop and manage facility budgets, including monitoring expenses and forecasting future needs
- Implement safety and security procedures to protect patients and staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities meet necessary standards
- Evaluate and implement preventative maintenance programs
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, including leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budget management and cost analysis
- Familiarity with healthcare/ dental facility regulations is preferred
