The Senior Sales and Marketing Director plays a key leadership role in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals. This position requires a creative, results-driven professional with strong leadership, analytical, and relationship-building skills to manage teams, optimize sales processes, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales and marketing leader to play a pivotal role in True Key's continued success and expansion.

What you'll be doing

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market analysis, identify target audiences and analyze competitive landscape.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that encourages collaboration and accountability.
  • Celebrate wins and learn from losses.

Revenue Growth & Sales Optimization:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Employ unique and creative strategies to achieve maximum impact.
  • Optimize and measure sales processes, tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Marketing Campaign Management:

For each business segment under the True Key family of businesses you will;

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in all marketing initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Select, implement and leverage CRM tools to track customer interactions and personalize customer engagement.

Performance Analysis & Budget Management:

  • Analyze sales and marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Draft and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with destination marketing organizations and industry professionals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments on product development and coordination of service to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.


Who you are

Ideal Skills & Attributes:

  • Extensive experience in sales & marketing leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration and/or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • An outgoing and creative personality.
  • A well-established network of industry contacts is an asset.
  • A flexible, yet detail oriented, individual who thrives in dynamic and changing environments.
  • Passion for contributing to a growing company's success.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Valid drivers license and personal vehicle.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, property management systems, Adobe and other industry specific software platforms.
