Position Summary
Aetna, CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to join our Aetna Interoperability Office team and support the communication and education efforts related to Interoperability, Strategic Platforms, Transparency in Coverage, and No Surprises Act Compliance Programs to internal team members as well as external plan sponsors and providers.
In this role, you will effectively assist with the project management of communications activities for the programs and help / support the roll out and education content of product solutions of the Aetna Interoperability Office team. This position will work closely with product owners, commend center, and internal stakeholders across provider and payer for execution of communication plan.
The project manager will be required to maintain the Communication plan, Communication policy and procedure document, and managing our Resource Center (our on-demand Q&A forum for our programs) and RFP/RFI responses.
Additional responsibilities of the role:
Required Qualifications
- Project Management certification or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Additional responsibilities of the role:
- Create and execute project plans, including deliverables and timelines for various communications across the program; escalate risks to timelines when appropriate
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint slides for internal and external presentations
- Develop policies and procedures for regular updates to our material and legal reviews
- Support the team with upcoming deliverables, managing priorities and deadlines so they stay on track
- Help with scheduling and logistics for internal and or external meetings with brokers/plan sponsors and training/education programs
- Respond to internal inquiries received through the Resource Center and which includes taking care of our internal partners and ensuring prompt, accurate responses.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, Corporate Communications and team members on communications and education requirements and needs
- Manage, establish, and communicate project timelines and budgets to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a calendar of recurring projects and deadlines, ensuring timely initiation and completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison to internal partners; gather accurate project requirements and provide regular updates on progress, timelines, proofs, and revisions.
- Facilitate project intake processes and collaborate with team leads to determine the best strategy for each project.
- Provide prompt, detailed, and consistent communication and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Troubleshoot and offer solutions when challenges arise (e.g., adjusting timelines, managing budget constraints, ensuring timely feedback from clients).
- Ensure efficient project management processes are in place to guarantee on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist in securing content (e.g., copy, photos, video) for design and production needs.
- Organize and maintain project files to ensure easy access to content and keep records of past projects.
- Lead regular project production meetings to track progress and address any issues.

- Bachelor's degree required, with a strong preference for degrees in Project Management, Communication, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent must have at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management, communications, or a related area.
- Advanced education or certifications, such as a Master's degree in a related field or PMP certification, is a plus and will be highly regarded.
