In this role, you will:
  • Be tasked with growing the existing business along with managing the day-to-day product organization while developing a strategy that outlines the future of the business considering the rapid influx of new technologies, new competitors, changes in consumer & business payment trends, impact of new payments rails, and changes in regulations. This may include participating on industry boards, leading engagement with our key partners in both private and public industry.
  • Partner with other Payables and Receivables leaders throughout Wells Fargo Global Treasury Management to deliver a bundled suite of services to our diverse client base
  • Manage a team of product managers focused on product growth, industry leadership, high margin return, and impeccable regulatory controls
  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
  • Interact directly with vendors
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of direct experience managing Wholesale Products or similar product
  • Treasury Management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering new innovative products to market
  • Management of product portfolios in excess of $100M in revenue
  • Experience managing treasury management payment products and developing client solutions to meet their changing business needs.
  • Experience managing a team of product mangers in the product space
  • Experience in creating, managing and enhancing product Risk Controls
  • Experience in vendor and third-party management
  • Project Management experience including use of Agile methodology


Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
  • Hybrid work schedule at one of the following locations: 301 S Tryon, Charlotte, NC; 600 S 4th Street, Minneapolis, MN; 100 Ashely St S, Tampa, FL

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
