We're searching for a Scrum Leader to guide high-performing technology teams to deliver customer-centric solutions at scale. What You'll Do:
As a Scrum Leader, you'll be at the heart of Agile transformation-coaching, mentoring, and empowering teams while driving business value. You will:

• Champion Agile/Scrum practices to continuously delight our customers
• Guide teams in self-organization and navigating the intentional gaps in Agile frameworks
• Assess and coach teams toward higher levels of Agile maturity at a sustainable pace
• Remove impediments-or help the team find the right resources to do so
• Create a safe and trusting environment where challenges are surfaced and solved collaboratively
• Facilitate productive discussions, conflict resolution, and clear decision-making
• Promote transparency through consistent internal and external communication
• Support and mentor Product Owners with backlog grooming and refinement
• Be a servant leader, lead by example, and build a culture of ownership and innovation

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, ATDD, CI/CD, Agile Games, and more
• Strong facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience supporting pod team structures in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Comfort working with senior leadership (VP to Director level) on a daily basis
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and PPM tools
• Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Background in financial services or fintech is a big plus
• Prior experience as a people manager or Agile team lead
• Technical knowledge relevant to modern software development teams
