Job Description
Sr Advisor, HSE - GOM: Provides operational integrity and HSE support to Gulf of Mexico Operations; act as a Subject Matter Expert to ensure compliance with the NPDES Gulf of Mexico Permit ("Permit") and supporting compliance with other applicable US regulations and initiatives. Advise and assist all Transocean personnel in OI and health, safety and environment related aspects of the company's management systems and operations. Monitor the HSE performance of operations within the assigned region for consistency and offer strategic solutions as required. 7 years' HSE experience with a multinational offshore drilling company, or Bachelor's degree in HSE or related field plus 5 years' HSE experience with a multinational offshore drilling company. Must have experience in application of relevant industry associations such as IADC, API, etc., and experience in incident investigations and reporting. 20% domestic, international, and offshore travel required.
