Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct commercial sales efforts.
  • Manage commercial roofing projects from contract signing through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the roofing and claims process.
  • Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, documentation, and collections.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful sales and project management experience in commercial low-slope roofing.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with modern technology (smartphone, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to climb roofs and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
