Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct commercial sales efforts.
- Manage commercial roofing projects from contract signing through completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the roofing and claims process.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets, documentation, and collections.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales and project management experience in commercial low-slope roofing.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with modern technology (smartphone, CRM tools, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb roofs and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
