SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This multifaceted position requires a range of key skills, including communication, leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, adaptability, teamwork, and time management. The role demands the ability to effectively interact with and guide a team, navigate challenges, and achieve goals. Additionally, this role will lead and oversee critical initiatives and projects that are non-routine and strategically important to the organization by planning, executing, and delivering these projects successfully, ensuring they align with the organizational goals and drive business outcomes. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the Corporate Office, therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee's ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives, identifying key deliverables and milestones.
  • Personnel Management of Departmental Staff.
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with various stakeholders with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing issues and adjusting as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with multiple banking service providers, team members, and senior leadership to ensure the needs of the organization are met.
  • Monitors multiple banking online platforms and insured cash sweep account platform for new accounts and grants appropriate personnel access to accounts.
  • Manages token administration for banking approvers.
  • Updates vendor ACH templates as needed in online banking.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, project management, Accounting or a related field is required.
  • Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ability to think strategically, align projects with organizational goals, and make decisions that contribute to overall business success.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments and manage projects across various industries and domains.
  • Knowledge of banking terminology, products, and services.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

  • Ability to clearly convey ideas, provide constructive feedback, and maintain open lines of communication with team members, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
