We are is seeking a strategic, driven, and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives and drive business growth. This position is essential to the success of our organization and involves both high-level planning and day-to-day leadership to meet company goals.
As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the DME Director and supervise a team focused on business development, client relationships, and marketing execution. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategy and market trends.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and oversee all sales and marketing strategies to support company growth.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and patients.
- Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing business development opportunities.
- Lead the creation of bonus and commission programs to motivate sales staff.
- Oversee marketing research, competitor analysis, and evaluate new product lines.
- Manage public relations and advertising campaigns, coordinating with external agencies as needed.
- Represent Capitol Medical Supply at industry events and strengthen public image.
- Track department expenses, generate sales reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient and referral information and updates.
- Coordinate communication between sales/marketing and other departments (billing, shipping, customer service, etc.).
- Hire, train, and evaluate the performance of the sales and marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs, committees, and ongoing education.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including delegation and staff development.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear regularly during the workday.
- Must occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds.
- Adequate vision to read documents and screens, and adjust focus as needed.
