As a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer withinour Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CN&S) group, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management ofsophisticated Avionics systems and solutions. In this role, you will have significant impact on the development and advancement of avionics technology for Aircraft Data Communications and Flight Management Systems (FMS).

Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing advanced Avionics Datalink Communications and FMS products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Author high-level systems requirements in DOORs
- Conduct system-level analysis and optimization
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Decomposehigh-level system requirements into low-level SW requirements
- Systems integration, validation, & verification
- Model-based systems design and development
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 6+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, ideally in the avionics, aerospace or related disciplines
- Proficiency in systems lifecycle methodologies, requirements management, and adherence to industry standards
- Proficiency in system-level analysis and optimization
- Experience with system integration
- Experience in related systems is of value i.e Avionics communication systems, datalink solutions, Flight Management Systems (FMS), satellite-based communication technologies, etc
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations and certification processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
