This position is hybrid (6 times a month in office) based out of West Chester, PA.

About The Role

The Senior Manager Social Live selling is responsible for supporting and executing the social commerce strategy across QVC Group's TikTok platforms. This role includes managing relationships with buying, planning and building strong partnerships with social platform vendors to enhance our media presence, and collaborating with in-house creative and production teams.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in developing and executing the company's TikTok live selling strategy to align with its goals. Implement initiatives that enhance the brand's presence and support organizational objectives.
  • Work with the social platform teams in putting spend behind key lives. Making sure the product and price are right in order to not only drive sales but maintain margin and drive reach and engagment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as commercialization, creative, production and finance teams) to ensure social media strategies are integrated across functions. Coordinate with third-party vendors and agencies to align contributions with strategic objectives.
  • Use insights from audience analysis and market trends to adapt strategies that meet brand objectives.
  • Make informed decisions based on resource availability and organizational objectives. Establish clear guidelines and objectives for the social media department to ensure alignment with broader corporate goals


What You Bring

  • 8+ years within digital, social, and/or production field
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in executing social media strategies that align with business goals, managing and mentoring teams, analyzing data to optimize performance, and effectively communicating insights to
  • stakeholders.
