As an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Superintendent, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and oversight of all Instrumentation and Control systems throughout the project lifecycle. You will be the discipline-specific lead on-site, working directly with client stakeholders, specialty subcontractors, commissioning agents, and other key partners to ensure successful project delivery. You'll be a crucial player in ensuring field installations conform to design and meet quality, safety, and functional expectations.

As an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Superintendent, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and oversight of all Instrumentation and Control systems throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) system scopes on a large-scale data center or semiconductor project.
- Review and resolve Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals, providing technical direction as needed.
- Perform field inspections and installation reviews, verifying conformance to design and project specifications.
- Interface directly with the client, subcontractors, and commissioning agents to ensure alignment across teams.
- Identify potential issues early and take the necessary steps to bring them to resolution.
- Provide discipline-specific leadership and support to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
- Participate in project planning meetings and coordination reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards, including NFPA 70E and NEC.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
- Strong working knowledge of Instrumentation & Controls systems in high-tech facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and I&C documentation.
- Excellent field management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Understanding of commissioning processes, control system integrations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in issue identification and resolution during live projects.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA 70E, and related safety practices.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline).
- Experience managing Instrumentation and Control contractors in large-scale data center or semiconductor projects
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
