MYA Systems Integration Leader (SIL) - Productivity/Risk position is to be filled by a recognized leader in the gas turbine business. This person will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives associated with balancing MYA Risk and Productivity programs. This role will have significant exposure to senior leadership across Engineering and Product line.
The MYA SIL will be responsible for full Productivity/Risk program ownership, and accountability for leading programs horizontally across the NPI Systems, Module Teams, Reliability and Gas Power Engineering teams. Additionally, in coordination with MYA Program Manager, the MYA SIL will make sure the programs are executed as per expected timeline and quality. The person will be a visible champion of the various MYA Systems processes.

Desired Characteristics
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $131,700.00 - 219,300.00 USD per year. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for a 15% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 5/3/2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.

In the role of MYA Systems SIL, you will:
- Embrace a Safety-first mindset, supporting product risk-reduction with a sense of urgency.
- Be accountable for meeting MYA productivity targets aligned with the Gas Power Services business line, leveraging Lean daily management fundamentals through execution.
- Develop rhythms and processes that result in high quality, timely execution of MYA Systems risk and Productivity Programs.
- Support Monthly CSA MOR discussions from Services Systems team.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with interfacing teams (Customer Service Engineering, Product Line, Design, Controls, MP&E, Reliability, Repair, Services Business Line, Chief Engineers, etc.) to enable open, transparent communication and speed in cross-functional decision making.
- Apply knowledge of gas turbine design & operation as well as parts manufacturing & repair processes to partner with MYA SILs to implement new ideas that enhance value through improved parts life, serviceability, reliability, cost, and/or performance - depending on the frame's unique needs.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills as well as a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Encourage creativity around ways to improve efficiency and speed throughout the organization.
- Coach and mentor engineers within the team to develop their technical and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Mastres of Science/Engineering in Mechanical, Materials, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of Design/Services and/or program management experience in Gas Power Engineering (US candidates)
- Export Control Authorization Required.
- Flexibility for 5% travel, including international.
