Your Role
As a Product Manager for Agent Development at Eloquent AI, you will lead the development and evolution of our enterprise-grade autonomous AI agents, ensuring they deliver real business impact. Your Role
As a Product Manager for Agent Development at Eloquent AI, you will lead the development and evolution of our enterprise-grade autonomous AI agents, ensuring they deliver real business impact. You'll work closely with engineers, AI researchers, and customers to shape intelligent, action-driven AI solutions that handle high-stakes conversations at scale.
You will be responsible for defining, building, and optimizing AI agents, translating customer needs into cutting-edge AI capabilities. This role requires both technical acumen and product leadership, bridging the gap between AI advancements and enterprise adoption.
You will:
- Define and drive the AI agent roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineers and AI teams to design, test, and deploy highly functional AI agents.
- Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and refine agent capabilities.
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable product strategies and intuitive user experiences.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to enhance AI agent performance and automation capabilities.
- Analyze agent performance metrics, iterate on improvements, and drive adoption across enterprise clients.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, incorporating the latest developments in LLMs, RAG, and autonomous AI systems into product innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, enterprise SaaS, or automation technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical product development, from concept to deployment.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong experience working with AI-driven applications, NLP models, and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI infrastructure.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- You have hands-on AI experience, particularly with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model fine-tuning.
