Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice on a diverse range of international tax matters, including transactions, M&A, and global structuring.
- Conduct thorough reviews of U.S. international information reporting forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead quantitative analysis and oversee projects related to international tax strategies and reforms.
- Drive new business development through identifying service expansion opportunities and cultivating client relationships.
- Deliver comprehensive international tax services for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to both federal and state tax laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of continuously evolving tax regulations and leverage this expertise in strategic planning and operations.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the tax team and client needs.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
- Required CPA certification.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, specifically with a focus on international taxation.
- Proven expertise in foreign tax credits, tax treaties, FIRPTA, and U.S. withholding tax regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex compliance issues within the international tax framework.
- Thorough understanding of transfer pricing, ASC 740, and other relevant areas of international tax compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Taxation or Law is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a tax department or consultancy firm.
- Strong background in tax structuring across multiple jurisdictions and a solid track record in minimizing worldwide taxation.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex tax issues and strategies.
- Effective leadership skills with a history of managing teams and client engagements successfully.
- High proficiency in relevant tax preparation and review software tailored for international tax contexts.
