About the Opportunity:
- Lead sales for Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, VOIP, and Compliance Solutions
- Manage and mentor sales team
- Build strong client partnerships and drive satisfaction
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals
- Collaborate with marketing to generate and close quality leads
- Represent Diverse Tech Services at meetings, events, and client sessions
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience (IT/technical services preferred)
- Strong closing skills and account management expertise
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Familiarity with EOS and GWC principles is a plus
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- A "get it, want it, capacity"mindset
