We are seeking a highly experienced Water & Wastewater Engineer (PE) to join our Plymouth Meeting, PA team. The Water & Wastewater Senior Project Manager will guide Project Managers and their small teams while completing their own large civil engineering projects (>$300k fee, >M$3 construction) in mostly the Water & Waste Water field with a strong emphasis on plant work. These projects will include the design of public facilities like, water lines and sewer lines, water and sewer pump stations, treatment plant improvements, rate studies, and planning documents associated with water and sewer systems.

Job Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Lead engineering teams from preliminary project layout to bidding
- Prepare large projects for construction management by an adjacent team at ATLAS
- Work with the support of Management Staff and corporate teams
- Develop project solutions to complicated client needs
- Attend client facing meetings for projects and opportunities
- Remain alert for client needs which can be elevated to projects
- Prepare proposal documents and provide corporate tracking information for same
- Mentor Project Managers by providing tasks commensurate with their experience level, and training them on management tasks, like invoicing and proposal writing
- Increase understanding of local ordinances and design standards
- Attend trade shows and present papers at same
Minimum Requirements:
- Prof. Engineering License in Pennsylvania, minimum, surrounding states a plus
- Very strong attention to detail, very strong engineering ethics
- Willingness to expand personal engineering knowledge
- Willingness to mentor Project Managers
- Ability to prepare plan and spec packages required for project completion
- Ability to obtain various permits required for project completion
- Knowledge of Engineering design standards and their importance
- Awareness of Autodesk software packages (Autocad, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, ReCap, etc)
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Municipal system of government
- Interest in the engineering topics listed above Job Responsibilities
- 8+ years of project and team leadership experience
