Under the direction of the Application Manager, the Application Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and optimization of software applications across the portfolio and service line. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining existing applications, as well as designing, building, testing, and supporting new applications and modules to meet organizational needs.
The Analyst must develop deep expertise in both the software applications and the operational workflows they support, while also maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant clinical or business policies, procedures, and constraints. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as the Analyst works with business stakeholders, vendors, and other Information System Solutions (ISS) team members to evaluate and implement solutions to complex challenges.

This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence at least once a month or as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.
Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $102,500 - $207,700 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between $102,500 - $140,000 annually.
