Summary Description: Greater Mental Health of NY's Yonkers MHOTRS (Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Services) Clinic, like other clinic sites, is a recipient of a Community Behavioral Health Clinic grant (CCBHC). The Clinic Director is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the program, services and staff. The Clinic Director supports recovery by providing services that reflect our deeply held values that include the recognition of individual rights of self-determination, choice, shared decision-making and collaboration. The Clinic Director assures the organization's philosophy and mission statement are practiced throughout clinic services. The Clinic Director will use evidence-based practices; always embracing trauma-informed care and a person-centered approach, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive mental health and substance use services. They support recovery-focused practices, maintain program integrity, and foster collaborative relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day total performance of the clinic operations, including scheduling maximization, staffing, and facility management. Develop and nurture relationships with community agencies and potential referral sources to enhance client access and engagement. Work in collaboration with agency systems (HR, Data, Quality, Compliance, Finance). Participate in budget oversight, fiscal reporting, and resource allocation to optimize program sustainability and growth. Responsible for clinic billables, meeting service provision targets. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinic staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies. Analyze data, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to monitor program effectiveness and inform decision-making. Ensure documentation compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of client records. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based interventions to continuously improve service delivery and outcomes. Participate in the on-call clinic rotating schedule. Provide clinical coverage when needed for clients and care continuity. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Maintain anchor and licensing standards as indicated by the OMH regulations.
- Meet the clinic's service provision targets as projected in budget to successfully meet revenue generating targets.
- Stay current with the OMH standards of care and make any programmatic changes to include updating policies and procedures to meet quality expectations.
- Compliance with OMH and other regulatory standards and documentation accuracy, mitigating risk and ensuring quality care delivery as evidenced by record review and anchor compliance.
Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with current, unrestricted New York State licensure.
- Proven experience in behavioral health, integrated clinics, management and program development, preferably in a CCBHC or similar setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Clearances from NYS Justice Center, Medicaid Exclusion List, and NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
