Converge Resources is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the continuous insulation and building enclosure systems market. Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of continuous insulation systems and building enclosure technologies.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles related to building performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Competitive Base Salary: Market-aligned compensation tailored to attract top talent.
  • Uncapped Commission Structure: uncapped commission on all national sales (~$125k/yr first year estimate)
  • Travel Benefits: 100% covered travel costs and a car allowance of $7,800 annually ($650 per month). Gas reimbursement (mileage or receipts), reimbursement of all overnight & flight travel & client entertainment expenses, and a company-provided cell phone & computer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and revenue growth for A2P's continuous insulation and building enclosure systems.
  • Lead, Build and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, specifiers, and green building professionals to promote A2P's industry-leading systems.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Represent A2P at industry events and associations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between sales, operations, and product development.
  • Leverage our technology to help drive Sales in your area.
  • Collaborate with Company leadership to improve our processes to help us interact with customers with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Maintain Sales and Sales Training processes.
  • Travel with Sales reps (inside & outside and Independents to maintain and improve our relationships with our customers.
  • Lead and participate in bi-weekly toolbox talks with our sales group.
