Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee departmental objectives to bolster production, facilitate program launches, and advance strategic goals.
- Lead up to 10-12 maintenance technicians to surpass key performance indicators.
- Implement effective maintenance strategies to preserve and enhance the manufacturing assets of the plant.
- Administer training programs and spearhead continuous improvement for the Maintenance team.
- Champion Preventive and Predictive Maintenance practices.
- Formulate and uphold safety standards to protect team members and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide pivotal support for maintaining ISO14000 and IATF standards across operations.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or possess a Journeyman Card.
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
- Proven experience in injection molding operations is essential.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in PLC controls and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated paint lines highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving prowess.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
