The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate pod scrum masters to ensure successful delivery of GenAI projects, managing prioritization, planning, execution, risk, resources, quality & compliance.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables for each pod
- Ensure alignment between different pods to achieve overall project goals
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate communication between pods
- Conduct regular meetings to track progress and address any challenges
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Allocate resources effectively across pods, assigning tasks to meet project objectives
- Monitor project expenditures and adjust plans as necessary
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging learning and innovation
- Assist in the development of GenAI program frameworks and operating models
- Other assigned duties as required by leadership
