The Senior Manager Go-to-Market plays a pivotal role in collaborating closely with sales, operations, finance leadership to identify new business opportunities, analyze business performance and recommend ways to improve or capture opportunities. This position is characterized by its high impact and the need to adapt to constant evolving priorities and demands.
Projects undertaken can vary widely, encompassing both strategic and operational aspects, including annual planning, M&A integration, QBR/OKR reviews.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) is expected to be between $151,000 - $222,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

The Senior Manager Go-to-Market plays a pivotal role in collaborating closely with sales, operations, finance leadership to identify new business opportunities, analyze business performance and recommend ways to improve or capture opportunities. This position is characterized by its high impact and the need to adapt to constant evolving priorities and demands.
Projects undertaken can vary widely, encompassing both strategic and operational aspects, including annual planning, M&A integration, QBR/OKR reviews.
Your Impact
- Help design and implement sales and go-to-market strategy programs that help the company drive above market growth
- Develop models and analysis, conduct internal and external research and synthesize learnings to support recommendations that drive change to the sales model or in support of strategic GTM programs and transformation initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, white space, etc.)
- Directly drive and align business forecasting and related business processes and governance
- Partner and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Enablement and other key stakeholder groups, influence effectively across all areas and levels of the organization
- Identify opportunities to improve Sales team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices across segments and regions
- Act as a strategic thought partner to various members of Sales Leadership team, helping define and deliver on the sales strategy and program across the business
- Build executive level presentations, reports and dashboards - in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles in partnership with Finance, Sales Operations, and Business Leaders
- Drive operational cadences such as QBRs, monthly reviews, and board preparation materials
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 8+ years of experience in business planning, FP&A, sales strategy, or sales operations in a high-growth environment
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively across Finance, Sales, and Operations teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Strategic thinker who can also dive into details and execute
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
