Standard and Evaluation Support position generally involves assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of evaluation standards and processes within an organization or program. This role typically includes supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of data, as well as providing technical assistance to other staff.

Standard and Evaluation Support position generally involves assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of evaluation standards and processes within an organization or program. This role typically includes supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of data, as well as providing technical assistance to other staff.
Qualifications
- Augment the 492 SOW/A3 Stan/Eval function for all assigned Mission Design Series (MDS) aircraft and assist in fulfillment of all AFI 11-202 Vol 2AFSOC 11-202 Vol 2 Supplement, and 492 SOW 11-202 Vol 2 Supplement requirements.
- Assist in establishing procedures to maintain and review unit Flight Evaluation Folders and maintain quality control of required Stan/Eval documentation to include the AF Form 8.
- Contractor personnel will execute the Aircrew Examination Program to include scheduling, administration, controlled access and monitoring IAW 492 SOW/A3 procedures.
- Establish and maintain a trend program to include combining discrepancies common to all MDSs/crew positions and advise the Chief of Stan/Eval on trends.
- Prepare the required documentation for the semiannual Stan/Eval Board (SEB) and support SEB execution as required.
- Establish and maintain the unit Flight Crew Information File program, run Self Inspection Checklists, and maintain and update the 492 SOW/A3 Stan/Eval SharePoint site.
- Track waivers for evaluation extensions as well as individual events requiring approval.
- Track all AF Forms 847 from initial submission through approval/implementation.
- Establish and maintain unit Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program IAW 492 SOW procedures. (i.e. Centralized Hub publication management). (This includes generating the list of required publications, task orders, forms and maintenance schedules and records, and ensuring the electronic records are current.)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years AFSOC rated experience, including:
-Qualification as an evaluator in an AFSOC airframe
-Demonstrated proficiency in: Aircrew tracking tools and databases, Managing training records, flight manuals, aircrew qualifications, certifications, FCIFs, and readiness status.
- Current SECRET security clearance
Additional Information
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
