LOCATION:
- Hybrid in Charlotte, NC - Open to candidates out of state to fly in on an as needed basis. Expenses paid
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the development of detailed Cutover checklists and project plans, incorporating both technical and business tasks
- Create and maintain the Cutover Project Plan according to established standards
- Manage all aspects of Cutover and conversion deliverables, ensuring seamless transition to new systems
- Develop and manage communication and escalation plans, including policies, procedures, and downtime processes
- Ensure stage gates for Cutover phases are met, including Go/No-Go meetings
- Serve as the final escalation point for Cutover issues, proactively resolving challenges
- Lead Cutover activities for Pre-Go Live, Go-Live, and Post-Go Live phases
- Develop contingency and back-out plans for Cutover
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:
- 7-15 years of professional experience, with at least 3 full project lifecycles as a Cutover Lead
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in project planning, with proficiency in related tools and methodologies
- Exceptional attention to detail in project management and risk mitigation
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive Cutover strategies and contingency plans
