You'll make an impact by:
Designing and developing high-quality infographics - Create visually appealing and informative graphics for online item pages that effectively communicate product information and elevate the customer experience.
Managing the post-production workflows for our photo studio - Provide consultation with photographers, identifying final image selects, marking raw files for edits, collaborating with retouchers, and ensuring quality control.
Maintaining operational control - Manage multiple projects simultaneously for you and your team, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work.
Coaching team members on creative excellence - Lead graphic designers on priorities and best practices while supporting their growth and standards.
Leveraging tools & channels - Partner with internal team members to implement and optimize production tools for the studio and image outputs to ensure efficient operations.
Building strategic relationships: Support program managers and partners by exploring and aligning to business strategies and output needs.
Operating with excellence - Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
