Job Description

Senior Manager, eCommerce Distribution Operations for internal LVMH DCC and external 3PL operations
  • Full time, must be able to work flexible hours

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Distribution Center of Cranbury (DCC) E-commerce operations & 3PL Facility Oversight
  • Liaise with Brand and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and stay current on brand implementations, ongoing projects, and evolving processes
  • Collaborate with Marketing and internal product teams to support marketing campaigns, seasonal sets, and product launches
  • Ensure consistent operating processes and SLA's across the sites
  • Build a comprehensive BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
  • Daily oversight of 3PL operations, including ownership and management of LVMH's relationship with 3PL providers
  • Ensure labor cross training and flexibility across the DCC departments
  • Manage communication to 3PL between Customer Service, Order Management, and Sales
  • Search for, and implement continuous improvement projects across the warehousing operations of the company
  • Budget and KPI Leadership: Oversee team budget by ensuring accurate monthly/quarterly guidance and connect marketing actions/investments to brand leading outcomes/KPI's to drive continuous improvement and align with overall corporate performance
  • Develop and maintain forecasts and cost models derived from capacity planning
  • Reconcile / Approval of 3PL invoices
  • Deep understanding of inventory transactions and correlation of the processes between the warehouse management system and Enterprise system
  • Lead the inventory analysis and review 3PL cycle counting processes for the site
  • Support Distribution network contract management with external partners
  • Review the site process for stock adjustments, storage location management and lost stock location management
  • IT Systems & Database Understanding
  • Maintain compliance of all procedures in line with Internal Audit requirements

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and hourly associates

Qualifications
  • College degree, certification, and/or equivalent experience in the field
  • 7-10 years management experience
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Well-organized and able to multi-task effectively
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Ability to travel as needed to support department operation of the 3PL sites
  • Ability to work and influence people across a diverse organization as well as external 3rd party logistics providers
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders, senior management, and external influencers
  • Project management skills - demonstrated delivery of systems or equipment changes within a logistics environment
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $120,000-$130,000.
