The Role:
The Sales Manager will lead the Outside Sales team based out of the company's branch location in the Portland, Oregon market. This position plays a key role in maintaining and growing market share, supporting team development, and executing targeted sales strategies. You'll oversee a group of seasoned Account Managers, provide hands-on coaching in the field, and collaborate closely with leadership to drive performance. The ideal candidate will be located within an hour of the branch, bringing both a leadership mindset and boots-on-the-ground field presence to the role.

Benefits and Compensation:
  • Base salary range: $95,000 - $125,000
  • Annual incentive compensation based on branch performance
