TEGNA is hiring a Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the content side and technologies related to content creation, delivery, monitoring, and metrics. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent written communication abilities, and proficiency in using Business Analyst tools to organize and share work products with teams.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, describe, and document processes, strategy, requirements, and workflow.
Use analytics tools to generate documentation and reports.
Translate requests and issues from service tickets into actionable items.
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and requirements.
Organize and share work products with teams using appropriate Business Analyst tools.
Continuously track, monitor, and report on progress, adjusting workflows and strategies where necessary.
Provide ongoing support to relevant teams, ensuring smooth implementation of business solutions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to define content strategy, requirements, and workflow.
Analyze and improve content creation processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Gather and document business requirements for content creation, delivery, and performance monitoring.
Use data analytics tools to generate reports on content performance and derive actionable insights for improvement.
Ensure content integrates seamlessly with multiple platforms (website, social media, CRM systems).
Manage and update content documentation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on progress.
Maintain up-to-date records of content processes and make suggestions for enhancements to optimize content effectiveness.
Requirements::
Proven experience in content creation, content strategy, or content management.
Extensive experience with social media platforms and digital content strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
Previous work experience with a digital content creator, YouTube channel, or a similar online content-focused organization.
Strong understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
Knowledge of content performance tracking and reporting tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
An accredited Undergraduate degree in any fields of Computing, Business, Information Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or similar.
At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and proficient in using BA tools.
Strong documentation capabilities along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay Range
$120,000-$150,000 USD
