Senior Financial Analyst, Hybrid Role

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of Sales and Standard Margin Reporting.
  • Management of the Budgeting/Forecasting submission cycle and consolidation.
  • Analysis of key drivers of financial performance on a consolidated, business, and regional level.
  • Identification and elaboration on notable trends and variances within financial results.
  • Development and assistance in the creation of monthly and quarterly reports, including those for banks and private equity owners.
  • Contribution to the Strategic Planning process by compiling market analysis, financial modeling, and presentation materials.
  • Support of the rolling cash flow forecast process.
  • Peer review support on reporting packs to ensure accuracy.
  • Execution of Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • B.S. / B.A. Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or public accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate reporting or FP&A roles.
  • Proficient understanding of US GAAP Accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including the management of deadlines.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the demands of a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA designation or MBA degree.
  • Prior experience in a global accounting firm (Big 4) is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in businesses producing capital equipment.

Skills:
  • High analytical ability to prepare and analyze financial reports, data sets, and models.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and self-starter; comfortable interacting with senior management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work productively across global footprints.
  • Proficiency in using complex databases, spreadsheets, and presentation software tools for budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI or other equivalent reporting and visualization tools is preferred.
