Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Sales and Standard Margin Reporting.
- Management of the Budgeting/Forecasting submission cycle and consolidation.
- Analysis of key drivers of financial performance on a consolidated, business, and regional level.
- Identification and elaboration on notable trends and variances within financial results.
- Development and assistance in the creation of monthly and quarterly reports, including those for banks and private equity owners.
- Contribution to the Strategic Planning process by compiling market analysis, financial modeling, and presentation materials.
- Support of the rolling cash flow forecast process.
- Peer review support on reporting packs to ensure accuracy.
- Execution of Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- B.S. / B.A. Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or public accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate reporting or FP&A roles.
- Proficient understanding of US GAAP Accounting principles.
- Demonstrated project management skills including the management of deadlines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the demands of a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA designation or MBA degree.
- Prior experience in a global accounting firm (Big 4) is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in businesses producing capital equipment.
Skills:
- High analytical ability to prepare and analyze financial reports, data sets, and models.
- Highly motivated, passionate, and self-starter; comfortable interacting with senior management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work productively across global footprints.
- Proficiency in using complex databases, spreadsheets, and presentation software tools for budgeting and financial analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or other equivalent reporting and visualization tools is preferred.
