Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Planning. The Senior Manager, Digital Planning will lead our digital Key Account and Demand Planning team members in developing and building strategies to achieve yearly revenue, sell-through, and profitability goals. This senior role requires dynamic leadership and strategic oversight, and it involves close collaboration with regional planning directors, sales teams, merchants, marketing, as well as finance, supply, and inventory planning leads.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure that the team creates timely, accurate and responsible material level channel and account forecasts.
  • Oversee the digital account forecasts, utilizing sales trend analysis to determine the most profitable assortments.
  • Evaluate final channel demand projections versus revenue targets and identify associated risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, finance, and merchandising teams to drive revenue and achieve profitability goals.
  • Conduct monthly and seasonal analysis of actual performance versus the forecast, including demand reviews and S&OP direction.
  • Support the development of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and quarterly revenue assumptions for digital accounts in coordination with commercial sales leads and finance.
  • Review monthly open-to-buy (OTB) projections and work with sales directors and merchandise leads to determine account-specific weeks of supply targets and risks based on sell-through assumptions and assortment segmentation.
  • Provide sell-through data and classification performance insights to regional merchandise planning (MFP) planners to drive top-down planning strategies.
  • Review ladders for key strategic growth materials, enhancing new systemic capabilities and safety stock drivers to ensure appropriate in-stock positions.
  • Generate executive and non-executive reports, offering direction and an overview of plans, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead the organization towards excellence in digital planning.
  • Drive a cultural shift towards data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage forecast accuracy and consumer metrics to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish processes and best practices for the new system implementation of demand, OTB, key account (KA), and all future modules.
  • Continue the migration to BI reporting while standardizing and streamlining the communication model.


What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 8+ years in planning OTB / Demand within a digital environment; highly desirable to be within an omnichannel setting, particularly in the apparel/footwear business. Direct-to-consumer experience preferred, preferably in e-commerce.
  • At least 3+ years of leading others.
  • OTB and Demand Planning Experience is required.
  • Understanding of Digital Customer experience and key players (Amazon, Zappos).
  • Understanding of demand, supply, service, and other S&OP / IBP principles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities using both systemic and Excel-based tools.
  • Validated experience communicating highly involved analytical work to less analytical problem solvers.
  • Strong social skills are shown in a highly collaborative setting.
  • Extensive experience using Excel, Power BI is a plus.

Title: Sr. Manager, Digital Planning

Salary or Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
