Senior Project Manager

NT Concepts is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a dynamic portfolio of Department of Defense (DoD) programs. These efforts focus on advanced technologies-such as computer vision and data analytics-to address national security challenges. Location/Flexibility: Vienna, VA & Chantilly, VA.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Oversight

• Serve as the primary interface for day-to-day coordination with government customers and internal teams.
• Track project milestones, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Provide regular status updates to program leadership and stakeholders.

Team & Resource Management

• Supervise project team members, including subcontractors and partners, to maintain alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate staffing actions and provide oversight of task assignments and priorities.

Customer Engagement & Delivery Support

• Build working relationships with mission stakeholders to identify needs, capture feedback, and guide delivery priorities.
• Contribute to solutions that improve mission partner capabilities in processing, analyzing, and acting on operational data.

Agile Delivery

• Support agile project planning, sprint execution, and backlog management.
• Promote the use of automation, DevSecOps, and modern delivery practices in coordination with technical leads.

Innovation & Execution Support

• Assist in the development and deployment of prototype capabilities, leveraging AI/ML and emerging technologies.
• Participate in pilot projects and experimentation efforts that support operational goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 7+ years of experience managing or supporting DoD technical projects
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role within program teams
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, DevSecOps, and project lifecycle management
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of national security mission environments

Preferred:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or management field
• Demonstrated experience in C4ISR/C5ISR architecture, system integration and relevant technologies strongly preferred.
• Prior military service and/or deployment experience is strongly preferred.
• 10+ total years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs
• Familiarity with machine learning, data science, and software development environments

• Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods
• Occasionally lift up to 10-15 pounds
